Sports Physicals at Urgent Care & Walk-In Clinic in South Philly, PA
AFC Urgent Care South Philly gives sports physical exams from summer camps to sports teams
Parents and children have very busy schedules throughout the year regardless if it is the school year or summer vacation. Summer camps, sports teams, and other athletic activities during the summer all require a physical for participation. Although your child may have the entire day off, you still work a regular 9 to 5 job. Scheduling a physical with your primary care doctor can be difficult. You may be forced to take a precious day off to get your child to a doctor or wait days or weeks for an opening to be available that fits your schedule. Any delay could mean missing deadlines for participation.
AFC Urgent Care South Philly is an excellent alternative available to our neighbors in Philadelphia. No appointment is required to see one of our doctors for a thorough medical evaluation. Bring in all required paperwork and our highly-experienced board certified physicians will fill out all required forms after the exam. Our onsite state of the art lab allows us to do many screenings or tests, if required, in a single visit. There is no need to go to a second location for sample collection or testing.
AFC Urgent Care South Philly is located at 1444 W. Passyunk Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19145. We are open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and from 8 am to 5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Our extended weekday hours and weekend hours makes it very easy to fit us into your schedule and not the other way around.
